    I had a heck of a time using the Electrolux website. I found in the FAQ a question about "why isn't mine listed" and it made reference to "Aerus". Since the link for the Electrolux list was broken I clicked on the Aerus list and sure enough, this model is made by them.

    So mystery solved and the user manual can be found at the link I've provided.

    I decided to also upload the manual in PDF format just in case the "Aerus" company stops providing it. I downloaded this from the link I also provided.
