the Thermostat is adjusted by pressing the "temp/timer" button...press once to adjust the temp(flashing thermometer)...then on the right side move the arrows up or down depending on the degree you want....To use the timer feature press the "temp/timer" twice and move teh arrows to the time/hrs you want (auto shut off for hours heated)
