We purchased a Harman XXV this year from Courtland Hardware in Bel Air, MD and have had nothing but problems. Have had numerous service calls and Harman reps try to repair it, but it works for a week or less and then will not ignite, flashing codes on the "status" indicator, and I could go on and on. Courtland will not stand by their product and Harman does not want to replace the stove. Has anyone else had similar problems; and, if so, how did you resolve this.
