Can't Work the Cleaner

I have the Bissell 9300 P and I do not have a manual and don't have a clue on how to use it. It acts like it will work then it just stops not sure what I'm doing wrong or if there is something wrong with the machine. Sure wish I could clean my dirty carpets now that I bought this machine.

I found a copy of a manual

I called the bissell 1-800 number and they took me to this web page and I down loaded and printed the 24 page user's guide manual on the proheat 2x just what I needed with out the wait. that easy.
