    Filter Issues

    The furnace was only working for about 20 minutes at a time and we were unable to get the house above 60 degrees. Someone came to look at the furnace and said we needed to replace the filter. While the old filter was removed, the heat in the house worked correctly, When we added a new filter, the problem returned. The filter size we used was the same as the old one: 16x25x1
