  I was having some difficulty identifying the function of the wires on the baystat239a. When I purchased the ritetemp 6030, I called the customer support number and was provided the following mapping:
  
  Trane --> ritetemp 6030
  B --> C
  O --> O
  Y --> Y
  R --> Rc or Rh (according to the tech it does not matter; I connected to Rc)
  G --> G
  W --> W2
  F --> not used
  T --> not used
  X2 --> not used
  
  I hope this helps. I still have the installation instructions, so I can provide the function of each of the wires that I used if you need it.

  Thanks had all the wires mapped except the X2. The manuel was clear on all wires except the x2.
