on Quantum Garage Door Opener
garage door will not stay closed.
quantun 3212, it has been -20F for the last week at my house in Anchorage, and when I close the door, it goes all the way down, pauses for about .01 seconds, then goes back up. I can stop it and start it and sometimes it will stay down, but sometimes I have to use the manual release to keep it down. It always comes up ok., just will not stay down when I close it unless I do it manually. I have turned the closing force up to about 90%, still will not close. Seems we only have this problem when it is really cold.. ......
