Programming "Busy" CT 2800

I recently downloaded the CT2800 maual. While I may have some issues with my heating system that have not surfaced,I just have one question. How do I set this "busy" thermostat to 72 degrees to come on and 78 to go off? All this "sleep,return,wake,leave" you can keep! This is all I'm asking, can you help me,please. Mr Joey Garcia
