    Refill reservoir light

    I just purchased this unit. I removed the plastic from the filters, re-installed them, filled up the water tanks, but the light remains on. The fans are not operating at all. The maunual states that it takes approx 30 minutes for the wicks to absorb water from the base, however, it's been a couple hours now and the refill light is still on. Not sure what to do? I made sure both tanks were filled to the top with water, but it's just not working. I tried turning the unit on and off, but nothing. Any ideas?

      We had the same issue for only a few minutes, make sure the tanks are securely fastened then it will start to work

      I had the same problem, I took off the lower grill and removed the filter. In the middle there is a tube with a white donut at the bottom, I touched it and it floated and the fans started. Good Luck
