User guide or details on how to change code

Need to change code as the first number pressed is starting to become hard to press and will fail the alarm soon. so I need to change th code

Code change ADT 3200 Series Plus

If anyone knows how to change the access code rather than the whole manual this would help, as the first number I have to press is failing ( i guess just worn out) thanks in advance
