Question About Dyson Vacuum Cleaner DC25
spring problem...

I just bought a DC25 and when I put it together a spring in the handle popped out. It's where the extenstion handle goes in and out. We have put it back in but not sure if we have it in correctly or not. The extention handle cap will not stay closed over red part. The manual does not explain anything about this. Could you offer me some help?

0 I put all my new dc25 together and the handle will not fit on right and moves when I am using it. Is this ment to happen?? And the spring keeps coming off. Please help

0 Is the handle meant to move up and down or fit nice and tight??
