Chamberlain Garage Door Opener 556

Please help find the manual for this Chamberlain Garage Door Opener

I have a 1/2 HP Overhead Door (original), Model 556.
Closing problem. Pressing the remote button, light will flash, chain moved but returned to the initial position.
