Code ERR1

I have a code of err1 on the display, and no conditioned water. Where can I find a parts diagram, and place to order parts?

    Error Code E1, E3, or E4 mean their is a problem with the wiring harness or connection to the position switch, the switch itself, a valve defect causing high torque or a motor that is inoperative. The whirlpool troubleshooting hotline is 1-866-986-3223 Monday - Friday 8am to 9pm EST. The parts hotline is 1-800-935-0062. Hope this helps.

  • WHES30 parts

    I had a J11 error code, but now I'm trying to replace the gasket (p/n 7170296) which connects the neck of the main tank to the regulator assembly. I've fabricated several gaskets but I'm thinking that the factory applies a measured amount of pressure to secure the regulator to the tank squeezing the gasket. I'm trying to contact ecodyne to order some gaskets and also if they apply a pre-load to secure the gasket.
