Foot pedal no longer operates machine
I've had this machine for a couple of years and have taken it in for maintenance. However, last night I was sewing, took a break for an hour or so and when I turned the machine back on, the LED light was flickering and finally just went out, then the bobbin winder would no longer work (just doesn't turn and no error on screen). Then I noticed on the LCD screen, where there used to be to 00 (zeros) in the pattern selection, there is nothing, it's just the dotted line and the arrow. If that wasn't enough, when I press the foot pedal to sew, nothing happens. The machine will sew if I use the stop/start button, but what's the deal with everything else? The repair shops around here take nearly a month to do anything and I can't find a thing online to even tell me how to oil this machine, let alone repair something on it.
