I NEED HELP

MY FURNACE IS TELLING ME THAT THE AIR SWITCH FAILED TO CLOSE AND I WENT AND BOUGHT A NEW ONE FOR IT AND IT STILL SAYS THE SAME THING I HAVE A 3 YR OLD AND MY HOUSE IS FREEZSING PLASE HELP ME

This is related to the fresh air intake and exhaust of the furnace.
Check to insure nothing is obstructing either, like a bird nest or something.
