The burner shut down but the indicator light was off.
I still tried to hit the reset but I only hear a humming sound and feel vibration coming from the transformer unit. I do not here the pump. What could the problem be? Thanks for your help. Is there a troubleshoot site I can go to? I've checked but had no luck. I have the owners manual. I do understand a lot about how the burner operates but I just don't know what's going on because the reset light is off. I thought it went on when the burner is shut down. PLEASE HELP ME.
