Same as above. alarm light stays o , will not heat

Optimus Heater Model H4438

The hearer's alarm light has come on and the heating element will not work. All other indicator lights and the occillating motor operate properly. I need the instruction manual to determine how to make the unit work

I found the number 714-956-1300 for Optimus. I called, and an actual person answered the phone. She asked for the model number and the problem (mine also had the alarm light on, but everything else worked). She said the heater has a 3-yr warranty, so if I send it in with $18, they will repair it (she said it's the fuse). Hope that helps somebody.
