bobbin

Mom is 81 and she removed the guts of the bobbin. She couldn't get it back in. I have but can't get the thread to loop to top thread. She can't find the manual. Can you help.

I have been through that many times urgg make sure the bobbin arm sits in the slot in the top of the bobbin case. also make sure the tension is not too tight loosen that little screw on the bobbin where the tread comes out I do have the manuel email me if you need it dsm9653@q.com hope it helps
