Can You Help With These Problems?

  Garage Door Opener
  I have the above model of door opener and for the past week it has opened when no one has used the remote. I think maybe it needs to be reset but don't know how to do that or at least need to know how to troubleshoot the problem.

  Battery is good but opener will not open the garage door.
