  Lo battery signal even with good battery
  My Nighthalk carbon monoxide alarm model KN-COPP-3 displays low battery singnal even when the battery tests in good range. The last new battery lasted less than 3 months before the singnal. The unit has done the same since purchase about 4 years ago.

  Problem solved. What appears to be L-6 is in fact L-b as in "battery"! It was also reporting a reading of 236; all was resolved when the battery was changed. Boy, do I feel stupid....

  continued low readings
  I have a Nighthawk KN-COPP 3 , Assembly # 900-0076. I brought it to our office because we had a problem with low level carbon monoxide. We also purchased new Kiddie units. The Kiddie units have been reading 0 and my Nighthawk unit has been reading in the 30s. Please explain

  Resetting Unit
  I have intermitten beeps and when I hit the test/reset button I get Err. When I hit the peak level button I get E09. How do I reset this thing? I put a new battery in it. I get the three 8's and then the Err. HELP please

  Peak Level Reading of 10
  My unit has never had a peak reading other than zero. It is now showing a peak reading of 10. Should I call someone to determine if there is a problem? If so, who?

  I get a single beep every 15-30 seconds with no display information, only a single dot with no numbers or letters. I replace the battery and after a few days, I get the same single beep every 15 or so seconds.
