    How do the wires hook up on the back of the thermo
    How do the wires hook up on the back of the thermostat?
    I've got two wires, but 5 possible connections on the back of the thermostat. Which wire goes where? Anyone with diagrams on the wiring?

    how to work the thing.
    basically we want the thing to run from 8am to 10pm for air conditioner...this wake hold program,set schedule,its not cooperating

    i have a magicstat 97-4730 thermostat and every year when the weather starts to get cold it changes over to celcius number display by itself. drives us all crazy trying to convert temp to farenheit

    I have a Honeywell programmable thermostat, 97-473
    I have a Honeywell programmable thermostat, 97-4730. The A/C tech somehow changed the temperature to Celcius instead of Farenheit. Does anyone know how to turn it back?

    How to change from Celcius to Farenheit
    It sometimes, on it's own, switches to
    Celcius. How do I change it back to
    Farenheit

    house fan
    I only have 3 wires to hook up. the red is bridged between both terminals and the ac and furnace both work when switch turned to heat or cool. However it seems that I no longer have a house fan when I switch fan on.
