  Will not open more than 1ft
  My garage door will not open more than a foot. If I open it by disengaging it, the door will close by pushing the opener button

  Wire diagram for Safe T Beam
  need to know which wire s go where for safe t beam eyes. have #1 Push Button red wire, #2 Com white wire. these are for button opener, then #3 Safe T Beam screw but I'am not sure what wire goes to #2  for Beam. I have solid white wire and white wire with red strip on it. Don't know which wires go where .Can use any help. I don't have manuel with picture. thanks Doug.

  we have 4 1/2 hp door openers ...model # pmx5001c/
  we have 4 1/2 hp door openers ...model # pmx5001c/b in a firestation ...all metal building ....and the door will only open at about 20 feet away and the trucks have to be stopped to open the doors ........thanks....Eddie Asst/fire chief
