  photo beam light is yellow, there is no obstruction in front of the beam door wont open past photo beam

  Door will not stay closed
  When button is pressed the door travels to within an inch or 2 from the floor then reverses to full open position. I adjusted the photo sensors the best I could and it made no difference. Please help.

  remotes no longer work
  While trying to program homelink on car to open door, I was unsuccessful and lost use of the remote.
  
  While the red light blinks on the opener when I press the button on the remote, the door still won't open. How can I correct this.
