    I dont no the first thing about using it. I am borowing it and when I put the solution/h20 in the container and then attatch the container to the steam vac, water leaks out everywhere

    Where do you get the bare floor attachment for this cleaner?
    I just bought this and the book says you can purchase at additional cost but it doesn't say where? What kind of answer is that?
