Can You Help With These Problems?

  garage opens only half way and stops
  The garaqe door only opens half way and stops. It keeps happening like this for 3 to 4 weeks. There is not difference whether I use the wall control or the remote control.
  Could any one tell me how do I reset it so that it will open fully? Now I only can do that if I release the door from the screw drive and push it up with my hands.

  How do I reset the outside wired keypad to open the door? Also, I bought a universal wireless garage door opener and I cannot configure it to open the door.
