    are the batteries dead?
    i charged sweeper, it wld not run, took batter compartment loose, question is am i suppose to remove batteries frm the vinyl casing? green light comes on but sweeper will not run?

    Battery Removal
    After wondering why the battery compartment cover wouldnt come off, I disassembled the entire unit and discovered that whoever assembled it at the factory had GLUED the battery cover to the main unit. What a moron! Needless to say a small piece of the battery cover broke off, but at least I can remove the cover easily now. Stupid Europeans!
